The Leadership of Redemption Worship International Ministries is vested in the Senior Pastor and General Overseer. The Senior Pastor and General Overseer have all authority, executively and spiritually to make all decisions concerning the daily operations of Redemption Worship International Ministries. Inasmuch, we see in scripture that God is a God of order. He has from the beginning fashioned His creation through order and commanding it to follow a prescribed pattern. Therefore, we believe at Redemption Worship International Ministries that God desires to build His church through using a mechanism of order.

The Senior Pastor and General Overseer has instituted a Pastoral Leadership Team that assists him/her in carrying out the mission, purpose, objectives, and goals of Redemption Worship International Ministries. The Leadership Team is comprised of the Senior Pastor, the Executive Pastor, and the Associate Pastors.

She is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Chairwoman of the Sidalco Group of Companies and has vast years of experience both internationally and nationally in agrochemicals, real estate development, roads and bridges, concrete products, and last and not least agro-food processing for export.
Whenever you consume anything cocoa from Ghana, anywhere in the world, SIDALCO LTD made it possible to guarantee good yields, great quality, and great taste that put Ghana’s cocoa as second to none. Under her capable leadership, Dr. Lamptey has been able to break ground into the petroleum industry in Ghana and has been licensed as a Bulk Oil Trading Company in 2012.

Since its inception, Dominion International Petroleum Limited was the first Bulk Distribution Company in Ghana to start operation by importing a full cargo of 28,000 metric tonnes of Gasoline and 30,000 metric tonnes of Gas oil for the
Ghanaian market.
Dr. Mrs. Gifty Lamptey is the Founding Mother and
President of the Christian women empowerment group called Ladies of the Cross International.
She is currently responsible for the overall working of the group and as well as instrumental in all strategic decisions. She is the founder & organizer of Redemption Worship International
Ministries, and serves that body as the Senior
Pastor and General Overseer.
