MISSION STATEMENT

In short, the mission is what we do – what we were establish. Our mission is focused on the present and what we need to be doing. Our church mission is functional and purposeful and brings awareness, clarity, and focus on God’s unique call to our church. Our mission is simple: The church exist to save souls, transform minds and identities, and bring all believers into maturity in all aspects of their lives.

Save Souls

Our mission to save souls drives our mandate. We are called to bring people into the Kingdom of Jesus Christ through preaching the word of God and displaying His love. We are a church committed to winning the lost!

Transform Minds

After one has been brought into the Kingdom of God, we concentrate on teaching those convert to the lifestyle of Jesus which brings a different mentality.
A transformed mind can identify with Jesus and be used by Him for Kingdom work.

Mature Believers

We are committed to discipling our members. We believe every member has the potential to become all that God has in store for them. Therefore, we are committed to equipping our members to become mature people in God.

VISION OF THE CHURCH

As a leader of intentional purpose, Rev. Dr. Gifty Lamptey believes that everyone has the potential to succeed as long as they operate to their God-destined abilities. However, for some people, this knowledge is far from their reach. Many people live their lives without ever knowing that God has called them to something great, thus never accomplishing anything on this earth. Then there are those who have the knowledge of their purpose but lack the education and resources it takes to fulfill those purposes and as a result, they live a very unfulfilled life. Redemption Worship International Ministries believes its purpose is to help shape the destinies of our believers. To be a place where spirituality is mixed with economics, mental health, and education so that our members can achieve their fullest potential. It is our vision to be a total development center for the whole man, both spiritually, physically, and mentally. Our Pastoral Leadership Team is constantly seeking the face of God in order to establish this goal in the ministry.

To Discover Purpose

It is our vision to help believers discover meaningful purpose and destiny in their lives
through a systematic approach of biblical training, prayer, and discipleship.
We accomplish this through:
a. prayer unfolds destiny
b. biblical training equips you
c. discipleships prepares for living

RAISE LEADERS

It is our vision to raise leaders that will honor God in their lives. This will enable them to be a blessing to their families, communities, regions, nation, and beyond.

SHAPE PERSONAL VISIONS

As much as we are one body in Christ, RWIM seeks to foster the individual visions of our members. We believe we have the responsibility to help them shape their vision, work on their vision, and accomplish
their vision through our many para-church
activities and events. We believe that you should be who God has called you to be.
It is our desire to help get you there!

GET OUR VISION BOOK

Scripture says that without vision people perish. Each one of us dies a little when we don’t have our eyes on the future. The vision comes out of a process of prayer and the dialogue between God and the Senior Pastor. It is His mandate for this ministry and vision book helps us to know it, understand it, and accomplish it. With a clear and compelling vision RWIM members can become involved with building this dynamic church and visitors can get a glimpse inside of our ministry to see if they would like to be a part. A vision book gets a church excited and better positioned to handle the challenges and excitement involved in Kingdom work.
The vision clarifies what the church should do or not do. It sets the philosophies, agenda, and priorities for the future. It guides the leaders during their season of leadership.
